We are open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (local time). Appointment availability varies by provider. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in cancellation. Let us know 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel. Complete intake forms sent after booking.

Emergency Coverage

We do not provide emergency services. If you are in crisis, call 911 or 988 for immediate help.

What is Telehealth?

Telehealth allows us to assess, diagnose, and treat you via secure video calls. It offers convenience, flexible scheduling, and expanded access to care.

Telehealth Risks and Recommendations

While we use secure, encrypted platforms, technical issues or rare privacy risks may occur. Ensure a private location and stable connection. Telehealth is not suitable for emergencies—call 911 in urgent situations.

We use your health information for treatment, payment, and operational purposes. We may share information with other providers involved in your care or as required by law. We follow strict confidentiality guidelines, with exceptions for emergencies or legal requirements.

Payment and Insurance

We accept various insurance plans. Contact us to confirm in-network status. We also offer self-pay options. Payments are due at time of service.
